Garden Maintenance
Your home is one of your biggest investments, and the landscape around it deserves the same care.
We know how busy our clients are and gardens can easily get away on us. That is where we come in.
Our dedicated garden maintenance service is here to keep your outdoor spaces looking their best and help your garden reach its full potential.
From high-end to humble, we care for gardens of every kind. Whether it is a weed through, a clear-out, a top-up of mulch or a hedge that needs a trim, we are happy to get you into the schedule.
Our Process
-
After your enquiry, Todd or one of our senior garden maintenance team will come out to assess your garden.
-
Here it is cleaned up - the three points as a proper list, the run-on line breaks fixed, and the spacing tidied:
Following that visit, we'll put together a detailed proposal outlining:
What will be completed during each maintenance visit
The recommended frequency and duration of each visit
Any initial work needed to bring the garden up to standard (if applicable)
Often the first visit or two involve a bit more work, like clearing, mulching or resetting areas that have been let go. This is set out clearly in the proposal, along with what the ongoing maintenance will look like once the garden is under control.
We may also suggest optional improvements or future projects. These are only suggestions, and can be done at your discretion and over time if you wish.
-
Once the proposal is accepted:
We'll confirm a suitable start date
Your place is secured into the ongoing schedule, based on the agreed frequency and duration of each visit
Your Garden Maintenance Manager, will be your main point of contact and will organise your first visit and ongoing bookings.
-
The week before each scheduled visit, your Garden Maintenance Manager will get in touch to:
Confirm the visit still suits
Check if there are any specific requests or changes
-
We operate as a charge-up business, consistent with our landscaping division. Everything is tracked as we go, time, materials and any green waste, so you get a clear breakdown after each visit and know exactly what's been done. All time, materials and waste are documented in the invoice following each visit.
