If the concept hasn't been developed yet, we partner with exceptional designers who we put forward for your project. We have a long history of working alongside a range of top established designers, and our number one goal is to make sure everyone is aligned from the outset. Having design and construction working together from the very start helps ensure a cohesive outcome, keeps the project aligned with your budget, and supports a smoother build.

Once a concept design has been developed and finalised, Rochford Landscapes can prepare an estimate for the construction phase. Estimates are typically presented during a site visit , where we walk through the property together and discuss the different stages of the project.

This allows the scope to be refined, questions to be addressed, and ensures alignment before construction begins.

We work on a charge-up basis for construction. Labour, materials, machinery, subcontractors and associated costs are itemised as they occur on a running invoice, sent weekly so you can always see how the project is tracking against budget.

Landscape construction naturally involves some unknowns, such as ground conditions, levels or design details that evolve during the build, so working this way keeps things flexible while costs stay clear and visible.

Once your landscape is installed, the next step is nurturing it to reach the full potential of the design. Gardens are living systems, so ongoing care is essential to help plants establish well and develop as intended. As the landscape matures, regular maintenance keeps it improving while protecting the investment you've made.

Once your project is complete, we can put together a tailored maintenance proposal for your garden's specific needs, with scheduled visits to keep everything looking and performing at its best.
