First and foremost, we're a landscape install company. Rochford Landscapes was built on the ground - retaining walls, driveways, decks, pools and raised vegetable gardens.
Fifteen-plus years on, that hands-on work is still the heart of what we craft.
Our Process - From concept to completion
We believe in solutions, not problems. Whether you arrive with plans drawn up or just an idea and a patch of dirt, we'll help you get there.
Design & brief
If there's no concept yet, we'll bring in one of the designers we've worked with for years. Getting design and construction talking from day one keeps a project cohesive, on budget and running smoothly.
Estimating
Once the concept's finalised, we'll put together an estimate and walk it with you on site, stage by stage, so we're all on the same page before anyone picks up a shovel.
Landscape install
This is where we come into our own. We work on a charge-up basis - labour, materials, machinery and subbies itemised as they happen, invoiced weekly - so you can always see how the project's tracking. Every build turns up a few unknowns, and working this way lets us handle them while keeping costs clear and honest.
Aftercare
A landscape is a living thing. Our in-house maintenance team specialise in looking after the gardens we build, so once your project's done we can tailor a plan to keep it at its best for years.
